I guess there are some guys in the city that are willing to spend quite a bit of cash on these types of girls though. I have no idea how long she has been on the site but to sustain 3 to 4 messages a day over a period of time is quite a feat. Most that I've talked to see a considerable reduction after the 2 weeks.

Then they are often faced with the reality that there is a very small chance of that actually happening. Subsequently, they will either depart from the site or stay on and lower their expectations. I'm looking at signing up for a membership, but I'm not sure how the initial approach works. For those of you more experienced, do you broach the subject of pay for play? What about amount? Each of us are looking for something different I suppose. I haven paid the SA fees for a while, no need right now. When I was hunting for a new baby (true baby, not a pro or utr), I would chat back and forth on the site to get a feel if they were real and generally what type relationship they are after. If all seemed in order, then move to text and phone. All the while I wouldn't bring up $, maybe discuss each of us has needs. After a while and comfort was built, go for the meet and greet. This process may last a. Day or a month, I just rolled with it. Then face to face IF there is a connection I would discuss arrangements and expectations. That's how I operate, but again, everyone is different and looking for their own thing. There are a lot of pros and BP girls on there, if that's what you are looking for, I would use a completely different approach. Richmond VA site has a ton of great reading if you go back a while. There are any number of ways a girl gets into this. There is a popular episode of True Life titled "I'm a Sugar Baby". Seems like that gets a lot of play from the college girls. Problem is it featured some hot Asian girl in LA who was milking some dude for Thousands for platonic meetings. She strung him along and got cash, shopping sprees with his CC and expensive gifts. But eventually he dumped her because she refused to put out. Since this generation has been told they are special for everything they do, I suspect many think they can play the game better than that girl.
Second, SA has a sister site called "What Is Your Price" which is set up for paid platonic dates. A small tweak to your operating style might help? OP suggested they meet a girl in the bar of the restaurant for drinks and if it goes well, have dinner. So if I can't get a number in the first 3-5 messages I give up. But if you have some confidence and know how to relate and talk to women much younger than yourself, SA is an amazing resource. You do need some patience to weed through the flakes and fakes. And you can't take it personal when a prospect doesn't work out, because lots of them don't work out and it's through no fault of your own.
When you say you've gotten hits, does that mean you're waiting for girls to contact you? Because the good ones won't, for the most part. I've had one exception, but in general you need to be aggressive, confident and proactive. You need to contact the girls you like, and be persistent without crossing the line into creepy or pervy. Follow up messages 5- days after your initial contact can definitely work. I didn't do that at first, but I started doing it and it's paid off.
At first I was using a stock initial message and I was sending the same message to everyone. I found a few girls that way. But then I started customizing my messages, and my reply rate increased a lot. I try to respond to the content in the girl's profile and customize the content and tone of my message to match her profile. If she talks about things like good conversation and intelligence, then point out that you're looking for someone intelligent and into good conversation. If she mentions NSA fun, point out that you're not looking for anything too serious. Unless she really sounds like a pro, it's probably not good to offer her 300 to fuck at your place. Be a little more subtle, but once you have built up some trust, then be clear about your intentions.
Also, and I think this is important both in your initial message and in every other message or text you send, but ALWAYS ask her a question. That way she has a reason to reply to you and she doesn't have to think too hard about what to say to you. If you write to her and just talk about yourself, there's no reason for her to reply. But if you engage her with a question, she'll answer your question and then hopefully keep sharing more info, which builds a connection. Asking how she is doing isn't enough. Read her profile.
