I have been busy as hell with work and homelife the past couple of months to really add any report but it seems most of you guys posting in San Jose prefer the AMP scene. I am new to this forum, but I really like the place. I started hitting the AAMPs a few years ago. They used to be much better, mainly younger chinese, 25 to 30, but lately the age has been creeping up. Relax dude. I've been going to apartment AMP's for quite a while now and have never had any problems. What do you actually think is going to happen? You'll get robbed? Mugged? Do you really think they're going to jack some random guy for a mere $200-300? Most of these spots are in apartments which means there is a lease with a real person's name on it. They're in a much more precarious position than you or I. They just want to be left alone to run their underground business. Now go get some!

If you take normal precautions, there shouldn't be a problem.
1) Park a little farther and walk a little bit instead of right in front of the apartment.
2) Don't knock or talk loudly when entering to aviod attention from the nosey neighbors.
3) Try to visit on the weekend when more people are out and about.
4) Large apartment complexes are better than small ones.
I try to avoid house AMPs (HAMP?), particularly those on a busy street. Just too expose for me.

Speedy, I totally agree with Marco Pole on this one. I've been in several AAMPs and never found more than 2 girls in them. In contrast, several "store-type" AMPs have a man in the front, etc. I think you are way less likely to get busted by cops in an AAMP.

Just to clarify there is not a Jack in the Box on 1st just south of 280. There is a Weiner Schnitzel where I have seen SW's walking nearby. When 1st becomes Monterey after crossing over Alma there is a Wendy's but the only JB in the vicinity is on San Carlos & 4th.

Just general praise of the local snatch scene.

I was in Gilroy last week (from Colorado), worked late and didn't want to drive to SJ for some action.
