Thanks for any help!South St mostly near park ave, no further then Mohawk st. Loop back on Eagle, occasionally Rutger. This is a very well known hotspot so be careful.
As far as Bleecker goes. Way down past Albany st.

I was in Utica and grabbed some takeout so I decided to park on South st near West st. It was around 7 pm and I watched people go about their business. I had my windows down so I could also hear conversations. Mind you, I was not alone as I had my two good friends with me, Mr Smith and Mr Wesson. About a half hour goes by and I had seen a variety of people from young kids and old ladies to bangers. I notice coming up the sidewalk from behind me a couple. As they were next to my open passenger window the lady looks at me and approached my car and asked me if I was looking for a fun time. We had a short chat and she gave me her digits. Greetings Central NY mongers. Visiting the area from Schenectady, decided to sample the local wares.
Based on what I've read here and in some PMs, I hit South St when I got to town this morning and made a could passes on Bleeker to feel out the scene. Saw a lot of potential. Counted four possible to likely SW in my first pass (one skinny blonde, tall with tank and lots of tattoos, one unknown race crip walking in the middle of the street, one AM older sitting at abandoned church watching traffic and one white 20's /30's with pink tank top).
After securing funds from a local ATM, I looped back around and spotted pink top again on South St by West and got a better look at her. Say 5'6", 120 lbs maroon dye job freshly cut and washed, flat chest skinny with some visible damage on her legs but pretty face with decent complexion, duck lips, full makeup with mascara, carrying a grocery bag with seemingly all her belongings in it.
