Took a trip over to the 13th street zone. It was very warm, so I was hoping to see a little flashing of merchandise, but that was not to be had.

I visited Pleasures a couple of nights ago. Here are some observations, along with results of direct questions I asked.

The side of the club that was all nude, on the west side, is closed but is being remodeled. The three stages in the formerly topless side are still used. When the remodel is finished, they'll combine both sides and have 5 stages.

I worked my way around paying the cover charge, but I think it's five bucks unless there's a special show.

I can't believe what the numbnuts who pass as politicians have done: the girls must cover their nipples with makeup, glitter, latex, or (fill in your own blank here). Note bene: usually the materials covering said nipples in no way obscure the general texture or shape of said nipples, and if you're so inclined, may actually enhance the visual experience.

I was in the downtown area earlier this week and did manage to get out one night to check out the stroll. Unfortunately, at midnight on a Tuesday, there wasn't much going on. I went to Bourbon Street in Wichita. I found it to be a less than satisfying experience. There is a private area next to the club where business is conducted. I don't know what to tell you. I have spent many hours cruising around both NBW and SBW and a lot of times I don't spot a single gal out working.

A couple of weeks ago I cruised up and down and around finally, right when I was ready to call it a night I spotted a gal. I was one block east of BW behind the Chicken place. She was kinda hiding in the trees.

She was really leary about coming up to the car. She finally came up and opened to door and got in. I have found that most of the gals will ask for a ride or a smoke and get in whatever your answer. She told me that she was really careful because she had been busted a couple of weeks before. She told me the LE was a real jerk. Sage advice... I went around the block last week to position my car in a parking lot for a girl coming down a side street. You know I had a thought when you wondered about LE reading this board. A few years ago I bumped into a guy in the Topeka PD (I have a family member working there) this guy looked familiar and I knew I had seen him somewhere. Sunday evening offered a variety of new pleasures.

I am new to Wichita but not new to the mongering scene. I live in the Junction City area. This weekend I decided to see what was going on in this lovely city. Yes, I looked at ALL the alturnate therapies. This offered the most, the quickest. (I truly expect an announcement in in just months of a wonder drug cure. I also expect that drug will cause heart attacks as a side effect!)

Hope you didn't take it any other way. I just wanted to share my experience. Sorry to hear about your prostate and wish you good luck with this surgery.


My posts have come to an end. Tommorrow morning I go in for prostate surgery. This is reason you've seen a surge in my posts recently....Use it before you lose it!

It seems I have a particularly nasty, even stealthy type that doesn't show up in the typical blood tests and even the doctor thought the (GASP) digital exam felt nothing unusual. After 3 years of putting up with lack luster hard on's I pushed for the biopsy and low and behold...the big "C"... in stage 3. Since there is only 4 stages (Trust me when O say "You don't wanna see 4) I am forced to have it surgically removed.

Yes, I looked at ALL the alturnate therapies. This offered the most, the quickest. (I truly expect an announcement in in just months of a wonder drug cure. I also expect that drug will cause heart attacks as a side effect!)

Two things I'm going to ask of you guys...

1. Post, so I can continue to monger on thru you vicariously!

and

2. Take a few minutes and go to www.webmd.com, type in prostate and see if you are a good candiate. If I had when I was 40, I probably wouldn't
doing this now at 53. I am the poster child for that lifestyle.

I hope to return in some fashion, but reality dictates it probably won't be as a participant. You all take care, be safe and POST!

I am new to Wichita but not new to the mongering scene. I live in the Junction City area. This weekend I decided to see what was going on in this lovely city. I can say that I was somewhat pleased but not fully. I started off with a little show to get warmed up, by hitting Obsession (Well baby Dolls). The ladies there were good looking and friendly. I hate the fact that they come around the club after they dance and ask for tips. If I wanted to tip you I would do it while you are on stage. I got over that as I was drinking and started to get a little drunk. I talked to a few of the girls in there but nothing really happened as far as setting up anything afterwards. I went on Saturday and one of the waitresses there was very sexy. I was able to talk her into giving me a dance before I left. There was some touching but they only allow you to touch so much and there was no private room so everything is out in the open.
After that I figured that I would go and check out bw. There was quite a bit out there. For the next 2 days I spent my nights getting on that. First I found Lisa. bbbj wasn't bad and then the cfs was ok too. Later that night I got a chance to find sweet thang. Had a decent time with her too. bbbj but no cim. Last I found Charisa. On another note... I was curious if anyone has been to "Club Phoenix". It is where the old Club Gemini was. I am not familiar with either but I read about club phoenix on 8805 S Broadway. It is just a strip club but that doesn't mean action can't be found. That reminds me. Is the Red Garter still around? If so where is it? That is another one I never made it to. Wish I had some news to report on BW but I haven't had luck lately. I am still trying to find out which escort services aren't rip offs. It is an expensive way to find out. Just avoid the one on Southwest Blvd and the one at the airport. Definately rip off joints. I will report if I have any luck.

I haven't heard anything about the Phoenix. Didn't even know it existed. I will have to check it out the next time I am in town. The red garter still exists. Its's on 53 street North and west of Meredian, I think its been awhile since I've been there. It used to be a hot place, now most of the girls are 5-6 with the lights off. I agree the board is dead. I was in town last week and spent two nights cruising. I didn't spot anything the first night and finally called my friend Lisa. For $ we had a great time, went to a motel and spent an hour getting it on. I wish I could get her to release her number to you guys but she doesn't want to. Drove through the strolls this morning (Monday) just to see if anything was happening. I saw 3 or 4, but nothing that really caught my eye. Then I came across a decent looking blonde at the corner of 12th & Emporia. Drove by a couple times and she never left either the south east or south west corners. She wasn’t active at all in flagging down cars. Something told me just watch and don’t approach, so I passed her up. She was out there about a half hour, which makes me somewhat suspicious that she may have been LE. Maybe she was approached and didn’t get in the vehicles; I don’t know. The fact that she didn’t move around much, but stayed right in that specific area kinda bothered me also.

If she was a sw, she would have been worth the time. Does anyone have any inside as to whether LE works stings early in the morning, around 7 a.m.? That seems a little odd as far as the hour of the day, but otherwise I cannot imagine how she was left untouched for so long.

She was probably 5’8”, medium length blonde hair, not heavy set, but not “crack thin” either. She was wearing jeans and had a light weight wind breaker type jacket on.

Anyway, be safe and keep an eye out for any trouble.

20 Guidelins for Dealing with Ladies of the Street

1. IS SHE? - It ain't like in the movies - at least, not in Da Burgh! They wear ordinary clothes, and are just walking alone, with no bags, or maybe making a phone call at a pay phone (but if you checked, there's no one on the line). Believe it or not, a girl walking alone and without shopping bags on a hobbyist street is almost always a SW.

2. If you aren't sure, come back in a few minutes. Non-pros who happen to be walking are going somewhere, which isn't up and down the same stretch of road. And on hobbyist streets, the local women tend to avoid looking like they might be in business, unless they are!

3. If she is watching traffic, she's probably a SW.

4. If she makes eye contact with you, she's probably a SW.

5. If she then smiles at you, she is a SW. After all, you're just some dude driving by.

6. If she's with a "boyfriend", who disappears when you come around again, he's pimping her. Be careful! Don't unlock the door until she's ready to get in, with him nowhere to be seen! If you follow these rules, you're in control of the situation.

7. THE PICKUP - Pull over at the next parking lot, or around the next corner and park nearby. If you're sure she saw you - smile back at her, dummy! - then feel free to pull further down the block, so it's not so easily observed by LE. She'll casually turn down your block, walk past - and then suddenly walk up to see if you're letting her in. Keep eye contact, keep smiling - invite her in.

8. Lock the other doors! You're in a crime-filled neighborhood!

9. AVOIDING LE STINGS - Do not EVER EVER EVER discuss anything with a girl who isn't seated in your car, except to offer her a ride. THAT'S ALL YOU'RE DOING! IT'S LEGAL! Just being a nice guy... On every board I've seen, LE always tries to make the bust without the F LE risking her ass by getting in. READ THIS RULE AGAIN! IT'S IMPORTANT!

10. This is the perfect time for LE to pull you over for rolling through a stop sign, just to harass your ass. Drive like a preacher! It's an effective way of intimidating we hobbyists, and they'll use any opportunity if they're watching.

11. Make a turn or two before discussing $$, just in case. Watch your rear view - you can bet she will, too! I've never heard of LE getting in the car, with a follower, but better safe than sorry. A known LE trick - she doesn't get in, but directs you to meet her around the corner. Guess who's waiting there, instead of her? If she doesn't get in right away, move on!

12. AVOIDING SCAMS - If you do a car date, and you let her pick the spot (she'll try to direct you), be aware that she may be setting you up for a robbery. Don't settle for her spot - or at least, force her to come up with a second choice. Her boyfriend can't be in two places at once.

13. If you go back to a hotel, and she picked it, be aware that this could be a setup for cash&dash, or her pimp busting in & robbing you.

14. If you go back to her place - are you mad? The "boyfriend busting in mad, waving a gun" scam probably happens a lot - since the victims won't report the robbery, they get by with it, even though the victims know where the robbers are staying!

15. If you go back to your hotel, um, have fun! (OK, that's not a rule. If you go back to your hotel, be discreet so the mgmt doesn't call LE on you.)

16. If you go back to your house - are you really ok with a potentially-addicted SW knowing where you live?

17. WALLET - Do not leave your wallet within her reach. If you think you know a clever spot to hide it, remember that 100's of others have thought of it, too. While you're distracted, her free hand can be working...

18. MONEY - Do not have more in your pocket than you want to spend. She (and your dick) will talk it out of you. If she's really worth an extra few dollars, you can go get it (out of the trunk, the ATM, your other pocket, whatever). Current street rates are 20 for BJ, 40-50 for FS, and you can tip later if you think it's worth it. Remember, it isn't worth it just because you came. She'll always demand a tip, if she thinks it's coming. Many will claim they "usually charge more" - the word on this board is: they don't. But, hey, some of these girls are hard-working, quality-driven providers, even though they're SW (really - I mean it!), and they deserve a break.

19. HUNTING HOURS: They're out at all times, in most weather. I've heard of them walking as early as 4:30am, and well past midnight. They work the lunch hours for guys on lunch, afternoons for guys on early shifts, mornings for guys who'll be late for work, and all through the evening and night. If it's lightly raining, there will be less, but there will be some. Most of these girls are drug addicts; their addiction doesn't have a "M-F, excluding legal holidays" schedule.

20. CFS!!! Carry a condom. Usually, they don't have one (which I think is so fuc*ing stupid, but then, if they had a clue they wouldn't be SW-ing). You don't want to be tempted to skip the cover because that pussy is so fine.

And the freebie: Every time some SW claims "I'm the best! I'm worth more", it really means, "I'm a lame-ass lying lazy talentless junkie!" The good ones don't have to brag; they'll get your return business.

I stopped in there several months ago. I agree it sounded a lot like a rip off joint. Didn't feel like spending a small fortune to get very little, so I left. Sinful wish is still the best even though they are a little pricy.

I Was in Wichita Sunday and Monday night cruised the stolls for a couple of hours. Called up my friend Lisa Sunday, and had a great 45 minutes. She is working at opening an agency with some other gals. I hopes she lets me know how it goes and I will let everyone else in on it.

Monday night I saw one skany looking small gal, about a 3-4. felt sorry for her and picked her up. Hit that area seveal times in the next hour but she never showed back up. Proably decided it was too cold and she had already made enough for the night. I hate cruising in this type of weather. You can't tell if the people walking around are guys or gals the are all wearing heavy coats.

Some sort of action was going on on Market, there were several fire trucks and half the LE in Wichita working that area for a couple of hours. Made it nice not having to look over your sholder for LE every minute, they were all at the action, what ever it was.

Well I hope action picks up but I am afraid it's pretty well done for the winter. Look forward to sping and warmer weather.

I was in town a few weeks ago to play golf and went down the night before to scope out the action. Cruised Broadway most of the night and there were a lot of SWs out at different times of the night. I had a room right on Broadway so I just went for a walk to get some food and ran into several. Gave 40ish blonde decent body my room number and she was there about an hour later. I gave up on went down to SBW, I haven't had much luck there but decided to give it a try. To Bird of Prey and all on the forum, the report you submitted last 11-23-04 about dealing with Ladies of the Street was great information. I visit western Kansas about twice a year, and have had no luck there so far, but thought your report was super.

I am an American who lives in Juarez, Mexico and works in El Paso, TX. Almost all of my mongering is done looking for SWs in Juarez and in Mexico, most of your information would aid almost anyone. The clubs in Mexico want a huge cut of the money the ladies are paid, so many leave the clubs to work the streets. Mongering is "legal" in many areas of Mexico, which is the RIGHT idea, but with SWs one still has to be careful if you do not know the lady. After awhile one gets to know the good ones. Some of the SWs are on drugs and if the police know who they are that can cause problems. Otherwise the SWs are a better choice because the bar girls are far more expensive.

If anyone knows of nice female fun in Dodge City/Garden City/Liberal, this area, you might pass it along. Again, great information!
