It's a good idea to wait until the little store is closed because the lot will be empty within a short time after it's closed. The guard usually comes between 2 am to 3 am and hangout in the parking lot on a rolling patrol for the company and might stay about 10 to 20 minutes before he leaves. I don't know if he logs the license plates of vehicles in the lot or has them towed anymore. I haven't seen the tow truck there at any of the times I've gone to Plus, even when there were cars in the lot. I think that after the mall where China Doll used to be shutdown with businesses moving out in preparation for the building demolition, people aren't parking there anymore. They used to park there because it was better lit and China Doll had some sketchy people hanging around outside all night and Plus Spa was simply a safer place to leave your car.
Facing the option of risking a tow or parking in a suspect area, it would be a better option to try to find parking on the little street in the back and simply walk over to Plus from there. There's a little alley that connects the back street to the lot by Plus, though you can't avoid the walk of shame up those stairs.

Finding parking in the area can be a challenge.This is true. Don't use the metered parking on Kona Street! If you're one minute late, you'll be towed. During the day, the towing company that controls that area pays someone to walk up and down the street and when they see an expired meter, they immediately call the tow truck and get a cut of the fee you pay to get your car back. I learned the hard way and cost me close to $250, plus cab fare.
I eventually gave up driving around looking for parking in the area and would just park on the second (or is it the third) floor at Ala Moana center, walk across the pedestrian bridge into the Ala Moana Hotel, down the escalator, across the street, and up the stairs to Plus. I didn't mind the walk, was a good warm-up and cool-down exercise before and after doing the deed with Michelle. Stopped seeing her because she would complain to me that I made her come so much she was going to be too tired for the rest of the day and night.

I always pay 200 if I stay longer than 30 minutes.
But 60 hf+ 100 for 10 minutes. I used to go to AMP.

The sign was off but they left the door open and there were definitely people inside. I'd give them a call if you have a number or something.

I texted Plus Spa tonight in the hopes of making an appointment. I hadn't been there for a very long time and when I had last contacted them, Joy had already left for her vacation. In the early days of the shutdown / quarantine, Plus was keeping a 9 am to 5 pm schedule, which wasn't convenient for me because I typically liked to go there later in the evening.
I didn't get a response right away, which was unusual. Normally, I would have heard back almost immediately, but the reply came almost an hour later and I was informed that Plus Spa has been shutdown permanently.
So, all of us fans of Joy will have to hope that, if she ever returns to Honolulu, she'll show up at another AMP. Otherwise, this is the end of an era.
