Good luck to all!I don't think that the entire city council has voted on this proposed new ordinance yet, but the public safety committee of the council did approve the ordinance during a December 9 meeting of the committee. It seems likely that the council will approve the new ordinance soon. A full text of the ordinance can be found at the WS city council website under the section for the public safety committee section. It's hard to know how the police will try to enforce the ordinance. They might crack down on all the parlors right away or they may do it selectively. It's also hard to know what tactics they might use. Will they send undercover officers into the parlors or just use the ordinance to intimidate them into closing up?
