Atlanta currently has an oversupply of providers at the bottom and middle tier levels. So prices at those two tiers have moderated to quite an extent, I have not observed much price inflation in either the bottom or mid level pricing tier over the past 5 years. So my advice, find a tier that works with your budget, stick to it, and you won't have to worry about price inflation in the hobby.
