Rappongi has better bathroom and table shower than at Roses. The room and bed at Rappongi is way better than Roses. The parking at Rappongi is junk, I had to park at Sports Authority. At Roses, the parking is Free, and also at Roses, you have less chance of bumping into someone you know, at Rappongi, there is a higher chance of bumping into someone you know.
