It is one of the reasons I say "fuck Desires". Place is a cesspool of old farts that are there every day feeding drinks to their wannabe girlfriends.

I hate when strippers think they are besties with patrons. To be brutally honest, I have a couple who see me as a regular and I am willing to talk to them, but not hrs on end. Not going to feed them drinks either (I'm not cheap, but see no point in it other than the dancers milking you for free drinks. To me, they are there for fun. Yes some are nice ladies, but not interested in their problems or their life story.

I have one lady who gets it. It is a purely transactional VIP. Fun, easy, no strings attached. Once it starts to become "more than that", I take a break from that one and move elsewhere. Has served me well.

That said, if someone approaches a girl that I am working on, you better bet I am going to tell you to take a hike. Had one douche at Caddy start chatting a lady up last week who was sitting with me and I finally told him she will see him after we're done chatting. The girl actually told me thanks as it does no one any good and puts her in a no win situation. The guy saw me later in the men's room and told me that he didn't mean any harm which is great, but he absolutely was trying to lean into her a bit.

It's such a fine line, isn't it? I'm definitely not going to a strip club looking to be buddies with the girls. If a "strip club connection" develops, which is bound to happen if you pop up in one place enough, and I see her a few times or speak at her when I'm in there for a bit then sure, I'd be cool with that but I guess I'm generally going in with the impression that they're there working and money to them makes the world go around. That said I'm they'd probably rather go to the well a few times with someone they know isn't some freak than some odd character that drifts in they've never seen.

I feel a situation out with a girl. If she's just started chatting to someone, I'm definitely not approaching. If it's been like 40-50 minutes, it's kind of like WTF and I either cut my losses or catch them with a "hey, would love a dance when you're done" when the guy goes to the bathroom and hope they move on eventually. I just don't want to look creepy just sitting there or walking aimlessly trying to attract the attention of some girl.

I haven't seen her since the return but she was there a few years ago and I was a semi-regular of hers. She's gorgeous, down to earth, and I always had an amazing time in the VIP. No idea what her rates are these days but she's absolutely worth sitting with and discussing. Good luck.

Now I feel silly that I didn't take her to VIP. With that information, I'll have to. She was actually very friendly and approachable. She came over to me at the bar as she'd noticed me near the stage when she was up. Talked for a bit then did a dance. Hopefully I'm in her regular books and will be able to pry her away next time I'm in. She told me I looked familiar so hopefully a good thing. Is her menu similar to the rest of the GPS crew or more reasonable?

I agree about it being Halloween. There were actually a lot of girls in, most were all tied up by regulars or up in Lust. The 2/3 wandering around were not enough for the rest of the guys in at that time.

There was no blatant lying about prices. If you ask the club how much a VIP is, they will tell you it's $50 to the club and $100 minimum to the girl.

If you ask a stripper how much a VIP is, they will tell you the minimum for a VIP with her, specifically with you, and that could be any amount she wants.

If the VIP is 50 plus 100 that's what they should quote. If it's just a dance, especially. For more than that they can quote more. Get out of here with 'the girls set their own prices' bullshit because it leads to ripping guys off. I've seen dancers quote other guys $50 for just a lap dance when prices are written near the lap dance booths.
