Said a friend just bought it but sat empty for years. Dry wall crap and stuff across every floor. Exposed rafter to roof, just a bunch of work. I've never met her myself, so this is hearsay, but there are multiple reports in Columbus that she rips people off. She's advertised for a while in C-bus and I've never heard a positive thing about her.
