Damn! This one actually made me laugh a little bit! As others have already reported, they are bought in bulk in huge packages, not individually wrapped and almost 100% of the time before they enter the room they wrap it in a tissue until ready. But who knows maybe they attach it to the faucet and turn on the water and try to flush everything out and then sanitize it and roll it back up. LOL.
