No that's not the case. They unwrap it and then bring in just the condom. So there are not wrappers all over the place. They are buying them in bulk and under a quarter per condom. Yes they reuse towels but not condoms.

3 places on 192 closed in the last couple of months, they where all pretty bad but still sucks not having options this end of town.
