Interesting suggestion on a constructive compromise that can benefit the overall forum community and plugs a major intel gap. It would definitely be a "use at your own discretion" sort of thing, and I imagine it should self-regulate given if too much useless stuff gets posted there, no one will use it and it will just die off naturally anyway.

It seems plainly clear the goal is not to spend hundreds of hours moderating a problem shop. That karma is used up if they really made hundreds of accounts as many people have commented on. They had their second and hundredth chance. Also, the idea of "Here is a special thread where you can lie" is silly. Shops that can do this don't limit themselves to just shilling.:
