After I paid Carol, I drank some water and I asked her about July 1st. She stated that I don't need my I'd. Instead, you fill out a form with a sketch of the human body on it. There you put your name, address, etc. And pinpoint where body hurts at on the sheet. Also, a heads up after I left and walked to my car, I noticed uncle was parked across the street. Repeat visit to Spring / Let's Relax. Hoping to see Blue and, this time, I followed the advice of my fellow hobbyists to call first and confirm that she was on duty. She was and the review begins.
