Once Green Rose was busted, it was only a matter of time to connect one to the other.

These places have a way of reopening however. If or when that happens, I would tread extremely carefully.

The couple times I saw her awhile back it was at her office space. I take it the "issues" with a neighbor have long resolved.

As its not been mentioned really since far as I can tell looking.
