This one has been on awhile and I was wondering if anyone has any experience. I got ghosted last week and this one has a similar MO. The comms have been good the services are what I'm looking for and the price reasonable. I guess I'm just leary that it mimics my experience last week. Thanks.

Just trying to increase people's spidey sense. Too many scams / robs / thefts happening. If you roll into a parking lot, someone may be watching. Sizing up to see if you are a easy mark, a 60 y old accountant in a BMW vs. A football player in a pickup. They may ask you to park in a particular spot, ask which car is yours, do the delayed deposit scam asking for deposit before you get the room number, etc, etc, etc.
