Bolsa / Magnolia, definitely in the City of Westminster. I checked the Westminster PD Police Blotter / Arrest log. There are no arrests that seem to coincide with this event.

If the MP is clearly full service, let's say advertises brazen extras (BBBJCIM, full service etc), then just pay for the 1/2 hour. It's far and few between you'll ever get the full hour if you pay for it and any massage you get will be weak and lame.

If you think you can go a full hour fucking and sucking and the provider is willing, then pay the extra, but typically when you bust your nut the partys over at most places.

Right in, DB. At full service shops foreplay consists of negotiating a price and applying lube. Might as well get busy and save the money. Certainly there are exceptions but typically they deal in volume and most would rather forgo the effort to do a good massage.

That's why you have to build that relationship with some of these girls. Plus you have to have the right equipment to use it to your advantage. My rule is that it should be 80 total. House and tip. If they want to charge more for house fee, then tip decreases.
