It varies between stores and agents. I think in Manhattan the store takes at most 50% of the total fee. I've had two situations where the house fee was (I think) waived in its entirety. Once was at 10 TC and it was $100 house fee out of a $300 HH base price. Another time was at Nurugirls, house fee there was $120 out of $320 H base price.
