A shutdown should have absolutely no impact on LEO activity. The Baltimore city police and sheriffs office are not part of the federal government. They'll be paid just like any other week, because their paychecks come from city and state coffers, not from the treasury department.

I purchased a tracfone at Walmart. Bought a prepaid plan. Took it to the public library and activated online. Easy peasy!

Strictly a cash transaction.

Since then I've had to replace it a time or two since then. I got a prepaid visa and had it sent to me at work. Cheap flip phone is about a Jackson and 90 days of plan another Jackson+Hamilton. I like the flip phone because it doesn't pocket dial and it's easy to conceal not to mention cheap.

I leave it turned off most of the time and just check messages occasionally as I do give the number out to exceptional ladies.

Another thought. Anytime I'm at a business that has business cards out, I'll pick up a couple and write my fake play name on the back along with my burner number. If my SO sees it no big deal. If my date tries to track me down it's a blind lead.

This is what I do. Maybe it works for others maybe not.

Clearly inebriated, but no more so than the usual WW lot. Once in the car, however, Bree's stupefaction, her condition that is, was beyond what I would consider a prelude to a good date, or even a decent one. So, I cut my losses, gave her a couple of dead presidents, and sent catch back to the sea. Has anyone else have had the pleasure of Bree, did I missed out on a good one?

Was in the area and decided to see if I could find Kiara or Korina around. Washington Blvd was dead. Westside SC was crawling with uncle, 5 colorful vehicles and 2 plain (1 gray and 1 black). Saw a Latino looking female sitting on the steps on Ashton between Bentalou and Furrow. Rode by a couple of times made eye contact but she never moved. Got to Ashton and Payson I saw a short WSW who waved and blew a kiss, I circled back and pulled over. She came up and we talked for a bit, her name is Amanda and said she was looking to date. We chatted a bit longer and she said she had her own place. We went to Christian St. And went into a house. Not the best place, odor and trash, she apologized for the mess but said her friend lives there too. She said her room is clean. Got to her room, small room, there was a lounge chair, lamp and some clothes. Agreed on half and half for. 4, her BBBJ was decent, mixed in with some hand action. The more severe / longer it is, the "better" because people will have to burn through their savings / credit cards. IDEALLY telling these providers "Hey nobody is seeing me at x price and I need money so let me charge less. Less LEO maybe because nobody working for free out here. But if people still dishing out 200+ for QV's when the economy is trash. We're forever doomed to providers like Gram, Egypt, etc lmfao.
