Doing a Google reverse image search for any pic turns up lots of ads on ListCrawler, EscortHub & more for many other places, going back years and in different states. However, those pics are also found on escort site ads and name the place as Baked Bunz.

It appears that Baked Bunz is an actual tanning salon. Just do a Google street view, its in a clean, very normal looking shopping plaza with things like CVS, Hungry Howie's, Subway, Metro PCS and a family restaurant. That being said, it is also interesting that Baked Bunz would advertise so heavily on these types of sites. Though I'm thinking that is just a Bait & Switch tactic.
