Why eBay cards?

It's just an easy way to get money and not have it traced back to the scammer. After you buy the gift card, they will ask you for the number on the back so they can drain the card. It doesn't have to be eBay either. Scammers will ask for iTunes, Amazon, and whatever else just to trick you into giving them money. Anyone who asks for a gift card as payment is 100% a scam.

Sometimes, escorts will have the option to buy them gift cards on their website, but that is understood to be just if you want to spoil / gift them something and not as a payment for any services.
