I think it's a big mistake to do that. Offering 20 min alternatives to be more affordable to budget minded customers will bring in lower quality of service, higher upgrades prices, and who knows what sorts of clowns will start popping up both on the provider and consumer side. IMHO they shouldn't even have a 30 min option, the cost of high quality service should be reflective in the price. PPC must be in its death throws.
