Cool. And if you ask the people who hang in front of Royal Farms, who hang in the alley behind the Dunkin Donuts (cops actually took down a tent there as of yesterday. I went last night), the users that hang in the Park by the bridge, the people that sleep in the tent under the bridge, and the people that live around the tent in the alley between Harman and Grinnalds and ask about Grace, to a person they all say she's in Annapolis. Saw her this evening around 5:30 or so, I was in the Pizza Man place and she was walking fast on the opposite side of the street, she had on the same black silk looking pants and top she had on the last time I saw her, she had some kind of scarf hat or something on this time though, not use to seeing her with anything on her head.

There have been many of offers to Kiara to get her cleaned up and off of drugs. I was one of them. A home, access to a car, everything that she needed. No deal. I know of the benefactor in Columbia that tried to help her, no deal. With Kiara she will take your money or call you and ask for help money but she will not what you ask her to do to seek help for herself. You get tired of spending money to give her just for drugs. Now I think of the old adage " You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him drink it. " I shot my shot so good luck to her.

I met the blonde at the circ, e, said her name is Ashley. She seemed pretty cautious but I'll give her a try sometime. I only chatted and got her a drink. No phone. I've seen her walking back from the circle down Ramsey towards Carey. I think she lives down that way.
