This is really helpful to keep in mind. Do you happen to know of any cities in LA or South Bay fall into either of these buckets?

Valley Blvd (Alhambra, San Gabriel) was full of MP but always legit despite my best efforts. But from Rosemead east, they seemed to offer HJ or even FS at times. But this was a few years ago.
