Also, if they do offer it in other cities Mike tells them specifically not too. That's disappointing, but also not too surprising. If they offer MSOG with no upcharge than I'll be happy. This also rules out PD since they seem to charge an arm and a leg for MSOG.

Can't speak to RL, but whatever the prices you see on PD website are the all in prices for the services listed. If at the end of the session you feel like the girl provided good service, you can tip the girl. Tip is optional, but highly appreciated by the girls.
