Mongers, Diamond's ad looked good, so I checked out this board and all systems were go. But, she is paranoid or up to no good.Comms were ok, but mostly useless, 1) area not address, but she was well reviewed, 2) wrong address, probably an honest mistake, 3) I call but she only says what building, there are long pauses and then no room number. These providers can sense that? I disagree only because I've been using the same script for the past few years and I've had a 95% success rate with setting up an appointment. But it could be true that maybe my number was blacklisted and she found out by searching through the "blacklist", which is used by some of these providers to determine whether to setup an appointment or not and who to warn about. There could be many reasons why our conversation lasted too long, but personally, I wouldn't want to see that a provider again if she was on phone during our session and certainly not if she's asking for some sort of deposit.

I'm not the type to haggle rates. If I see what I like and if the rates seem reasonable, then I'll reach out to that provider. You mean to tell me that haggling down rates let's the provider know that you're serious and if I didn't haggle down. Say in this case the 200 hh, these providers wouldn't take me seriously? Idk, I've always assumed that providers would block you or would ignore you if you haggled down their rates.

Agree on the bad comms. It will be a WHILE before you meet her. She's been around for a few years hopping between apartments and hotels. I had one nervous visit with her when she had a bedroom in an apartment somewhere northside. It was late at night and there were other people partying it up in the other rooms. Junior had trouble focusing (knowing there were other people in the house) but in the end nothing bad happened and I left.
