I went several times when it was called La Mer Day Spa. It was a Vietnamese nuru place. Some were fobby and others were Asian American, but every provider I had was Vietnamese. It was pretty good but I don't know what happened. They stopped advertising. They even had an IG for a while but I don't remember them posting much on it. I just don't live particularly close to it and I didn't bother to go back or do much research. Their sign in the picture on RM still says La Mer though.

I haven't heard of anyone getting FS or anything more than a straight up HE. I've been here many times and seen all the providers and while the massage has been great, the finish is a bit of a jackhammer.

One MP or another has been in that complex for many years. The physical location, surroundings, sing out to me "legit," but who knows, until someone TOFTT. It would be the first reliable FS place in Orange that I know of.

Shout out to you Orange county mongers for your great reports and directions to Believe. I'm usually a SW guy but during my CA visit I decided to play it safe and check out the AMPs for the first time ever. Somehow, I think CAN-SPAM is probably the least of their worries.

I noticed a hand written sign on copy paper, warning not to do illegal acts. That does seem to be slowing them down any, either.

Yes, if they, or any other business were to send you texts completely unsolicited, then theoretically they could be legally liable. (Although I think it unlikely that anyone would attempt to sue a small operation as opposed to a corporation or a major political org). In my case, and I imagine many other "Believe-rs), we messaged them first about getting a girlie appointment; they responded, and then continued to follow up. So tacitly, I'm agreeing to their promo because I've engaged with them. If at some point I want to stop the back-and-forth, I'll simply block their number. No biggie, as far as I'm concerned.
