The referenced drug has nothing to do with Krokodil. This is a totally new problem. They call the new drug "tranq", because it is a tranquilizer drug used for horses called xylazine.

It is easy to see users that are high on it. They stand in one place hunched over looking at ground, basically sleeping standing up like zombies.
