Best luck I have had there, RoFlo / Dunkin D in Morrell Park has been around sunrise. I have found that Wilkens is where the action is although things have REALLY declined in quality and quantity durin the past five years to my experience.

No I was looking for a heads up from anyone who's been out or currently out there to see how busy it is because I'm still at work. Wanted to know if it was worth the gas to drive from VA to Baltimore since its like an hr 20 roughly for me. There usually aren't a lot of options at night especially with the weather but sometimes I've found a couple people. Last time I was around Washington Blvd I literally saw one girl standing across from the uhaul in 10 degree weather.
