Not sure if you all are seeing the same but lately, I run into a lot of fakes / scammers. Their line was always, "I don't use this app usually, can I get your contact number" or something to that effect. Usually they post this like right after sending a greeting and receive a response from me.

I never stick around to find out what they are up to. I usually just delete their message, block them, or (if I'm in the mood) make up a random number for them to text to LOL.
