The girl you're speaking about is known as Nikki. She used to stroll Ashton, Pulaski, Payson and the triangle area. I first noticed her at Wilkens & Millington in a wheelchair with a blanket covering her legs, so I couldn't tell she was missing a leg at first. I took a stroll more times this week than I should.
