Now, as hobbyists, we have the right to decide the potential fun we're going to have outweighs the risk. There's a board on here dedicated to bareback activities despite the very real risk of catching an STD from that. If you're a single person with no dedicated sex partner in your life, hey, no problem; you're only risking your own health (and potentially the health of the provider's other clients, but let's leave that aside for now). But if you're married and having sex with your partner, it's a sticky situation, and a moral person has to think of that risk.

The same is true for the legal situation. You're free to decide that she's so much fun that any risk of legal troubles from specifically seeing her is worth it. But that risk, over seeing other providers who haven't been the subject of high-profile busts, is not zero.

And the consequences are stiff for us. If you end up in trouble, you can count on every Google search of your name will show the arrest record, and maybe a mugshot. If you're applying for a job, it'll appear on a background check. If you're already in trouble and on probation, it can lead to a ton of headaches.

Is it fair to Madame D, a provider who as far as I can tell is very good to her clients? Nope. But it is the reality of the situation.
