I was told she was found dead in a car on Frederick Ave with a bullet wound to the head, there's supposed to be a go fund me page for her. Please, does anybody know this girl or have pictures of her?

I know a Jessica from that area but, the last name doesn't sound like it could be her but, the Jessica I know has two first names on her Facebook page. I've found the story in the Baltimore Sun but, it doesn't show a picture, only that she was 38 .

To post something on her Facebook and see if you get a response. From either or a friend. And are you trying to find out because you want to donate to her go fund me page? To be given to a family or friend will probably use the money for drugs.

All of them are capable of doing it and have either done it or will do it if desperate enough. Charge it to the game and don't take it personal. That stuff takes over sometimes and they screw over nice people they may even know pretty well. It is what it is. Best practice is to control the money, offer less (or noting if possible. Which is rare) up front with stated a tip after that makes the total a little more than the initial agreement. That usually is enough to entice them to stay and complete the job if they are the shady type.

That is the way to conduct business. Did not used to be this way. I haven't been down to the stroll since July.

Spotted her in a dark dress with dark hair and bangs around 930 pm. Looked to have some larger tits then the normal. She goes by Star down by Mount Claire circle. Birth name Heather. Her boyfriend is as mentally ill as she is. He's Asian decent and just real suck not one of the worst "scumbag bf" I have seen the worker with. Star does not really like having sex at all. When she is clean her psychosis is all about makeup and pretty of a picture she can take. She is pretty and if she didn't inject she really wold be a "star!
