Couple of things going on here. I've been with Japanese AMP providers. In Kansas City (KS). Several Japanese AMPs there and they were amazing.

Regardless, those pics are fake. If you use Chrome just right click on a pic (or hold if on phone) and select "search image on google," you'll immediately find them being used all over the country for other fake ads.
