I just let them know that's not the "Orlando" rate but might be the Atlanta rate (I know its not). Just like anything else. Tell her to go and get a pack of smokes in Orlando and when the guys says it $10 and see if she can convince him to sell at the ATL rate of $4. 75.

I've had some success there, but a lot of unlocked messages that just say, "hey" with no follow-up. You have to put in some work, but there is fun to be had there.
