I'm not sure who actually "worries" about the race of other mongers. I haven't seen much on this forum pointing toward that. But, I am sure I'm not the only one who has had several Kgirls voluntarily disclose to me their intense racism toward AAs. Obviously that is not every girl, but I have come across quite a few, unfortunately. As for agencies, I am not sure what their protocol is because I am not AA. I think the Dominican or Latin route may work. But if you say "Dominican" the booker or provider (if it's an indy) might ask you for a selfie. Good luck to the OP, though.
