Baltimore hobbing started turning to shit a few years ago. I was had just dropped of Kiara to pick up her medicine. She told as she was walking down the street a car pulled up and a guy jumped out. The mayor does suck, but its inept city leadership that's keeping the hobby low on the totem pole of problems to address. It's working for us in some ways but we still have to be vigilant out here. Once they decide to really start clamping down on crime, they're going to go at low hanging fruit like the hobby.
