Totally. Doc told be last summer I wouldn't be around to see the year 2022 if I didn't change up my lifestyle.

No milk, no butter, no ice cream, no more monster burgers or steaks or bacon. Went to the store started eating better foods. Healthy foods. In a matter of weeks I was feeling it.
