Agree that used to be the norm. Lately with some providers the fee structure has changed "x" for massage + "why" for extras.

20-25 years ago you would have gotten plenty of action in DC, although I don't recall getting any in Chinatown. Today DC is pretty much dead with the exception of a few high-end providers and some streetwalker action.
