I actually had a discussion with the bhc booker on this topic. A couple of things, the girls are indy. They don't work for bhc. They come and go as they please. But the real reason is that bhc wants deniability. They want to claim that they run a clean shop and whatever happens inside the room is between the guys and the girls. They know nothinng about what goes on once the door is closed.

Also, not every guy who goes to bhc is on this site and know what the standard rates are. If you were the girl, wouldn't you also try to see what you can get away with? Yes. New ownership took over about 3 months ago. 819 is now partly owned by SS apartment owner. She is rotating girls between 819 and SS. My good friend Elsa was at 819 for 5 days and started at SS today and will be there until Friday, flying out to NY Saturday.

As I posted before, some guys only do spas and some guys only do apartment. This rotation strategy will ensure she captures both types of clientele.

If you had just paid the house fee first and then negotiate in the middle of the session you are not in a good position to negotiate as you had already paid the house fee and you are not getting your money back. And because you don't want to leave with blue balls, you are more likely to give in to the girl's ask. But hey what do I know. It's your money, spend it however you like.

I went to 819 and met with Joanna. She is a 8.5 out of 10 with looks. Great ass, little pouch on stomach (looked liked a C Section wound).
