You're not the first that said that. Definitely very unprofessional, especially her being in downtown Boston with limited parking. She can afford to lose clients, pick and choose when she works and who she meets. I've spoken to her myself and read that she blew a few people off when they got to her high rise apartment. It's unbelievable that she'll close the door on 400+ bills because she either doesn't feel like working or has another higher paying client on her schedule.
