Sorry bruv not the same girl unless it's a different Amber (Tiny). The one in my pic although blurry was a brunette with purple streak hair. I couldn't get a better pic since I would lose them after each block in an alley. She was all dolled up and had a nice plump booty considering the area. She didn't leave her BF / managers side so I couldn't really get a good shot of her.

I was able to find Tiny though she was wearing all black and carrying a green bag by the corner boys on Payson and Wilkens. She is really skinny and battle scars. Looks like she got hit in the leg was walking with a limp. Damage was $0. 3 for bbbj/CIP.
