I am not worried about what other mongers pay for service. I choose to pay whatever I feel is appropriate. When I really click with a provider including at an AMP I tip well. The elasticity of demand should have kept the price there, but it seems too many guys here have agreed to much higher pricing, resulting in a much higher prevailing rate. I've certainly not helped by giving up $60 and then $140 and sometimes another $20.
