Have you tried having the girl vouch directly to the booker for you? That's usually a surefire way to get in, at least in the past. It could also be possible that these new "rules" are coming straight from the owners and have nothing to do with the bookers. If so, bookers are expected to comply without much recourse. I think everyone has noticed the trend of increasingly stringent screening requirements.
