Perhaps so the first few times. But if others see that writing honest assessments and experiences get mongers BLd, then they will likely stop giving business to those orgs / bookers. Forums and reports on forums can and do directly affect their financial bottomline. That's why they care. Unless you're a big VIP, private suggestions or feedback don't do a thing to the $.

Tldr; complaining on the forum at least gets them to notice and makes them act upon it. And if they threat with bl over complains just air them out again. Time mongers exercise the rights they have.

This is not a medical forum but blood in urine or semen can be due to UTI, STD, Kidney stone / disease, prostate cancer or bladder cancer.

Something similar happened to me a few years ago. I noticed there was blood in the bag after seeing a girl I met from SA. At first I was like you and just waited. Eventually it stopped and I figured I must have been fucking too much. I had met four different girls that week alone. Then one day I found it hard to walk a half a block with a 20 lbs box in my arms. Couldn't breath. Heart like a jack hammer. Went to my doctor finally and was promptly sent to the ER. Diagnosis. Kidney disease brought on my uncontrolled hypertension.

Moral of the story. Don't wait. Ever. No matter what you research online your doctor is going to have a better idea of what's happening than google.

I posted earlier this year about catching something from visits. Not only did blood come out during urination, it was probably the most painful STD that I ever got. I ended up turning positive for a well known STD that got spread around during that time. Though it was a bad two weeks, I was prescribed some antibiotics and with a retest after taking said medication, I was back to normal. It did give me a reality check on what we do and the inherent risk we take. I've never got STDs from this hobby up until BB was out in the open starting last year. BB back before 2020 was UTR with it being available far less and more girls were CFS as well and in all likelihood safer then than it is now.
