Before COVID it was a tiny bit easier to get in with Bay Area folks. It's tougher now like GoldDust stated. I had to re-establish with a few orgs by providing some minor info so they could verify it was me and I even had monthly appointments before COVID, but they still wanted some info.

COVID brought the price inflation and talent loss and more screening.

I was a regular at Alpaca but they started requiring you to stand on your head while drinking water without spilling a drop to get back in. "Touch your nose and send me a selfie so I can verify its you. " I told him: "You just lost one of your best customers pre-COVID. I'm not doing stupid tricks to get back in. ".
