Last night Citgo and nearby streets were swarming with good prospects and too many mongers. Grabbed Tori and Brittney for some great action. Went around the usual hot spots Saturday and Sunday before 10 pm.

Saturday: There was no one in MP. There was a good looking WSW (late 20's, 5'8" or so) with a little belly near the WW circle. I was not sure if she was pregnant. There was also a short BSW that exchanged something with her.

It's been 5+ years since I visited but I'll be there in a few weeks. While doing my research I came across an announcement from the State's Attorney and Baltimore Mayor's Office stating that they are no longer prosecuting prostitution, drug possession and several other street crimes. Hard to believe, but wondering how this translates to Johns. Has LE really been toned down? Are we free to pick up SW's without the fear of arrest? Any insights?
