Matches the photos 75% she cut her hair today to have bangs, similar body type hair color / style / length but not the girl in the pics but close to the pics still if that makes sense, boobs very big fakes not the best feeling but far from the worst. Slim / perfect body, beautiful face darker skin tone. Service was above average and why I'm going with a 9 score on TER for her, GFE was also certainly way above average. That won't work, because basically the agency has to impersonate the hobbyist (since it knows the hobbyists name, address, and driver's license number) to call the utility company and verify the account balance and whether the account exists in the name and address as stated on the bill. So a fake bill will not pass the agency verification scheme. Plus they can with all this information then turn your utilities off at any time if you write a bad review.

Not to mention, if someone is using a fake Id for verification with the agencies, they'd probably just photoshop their fake Id info onto a fake utility bill.
