Stating a woman's age here, if she is in her early to mid twenties, is certainly not a criticism but let's be honest. If we're stating that someone looks fortyish or even fiftyish on a board like this it certainly is meant as a criticism. Age mentioning usually comes along with lots of superlatives if she is young, while the older ones come with some negativity. Now that's not for everyone especially me since I don't mind 30's or 40's because the service is usually better. However, under 25 seems to be the "catch of the day" in this forum.
