Yes probably stings. And BTW, decoys are BEYOND ANY SHADOW OF A DOUBT getting into cars before signalling undercover cars to swoop in. I know there are skeptics out there who will say that it is too risky, especially with covid. I used to be a skeptic, too. But there is no doubt in my mind that it is happening.
